Program Formats & Enrollment

Instructor-Guided Online
Participants work independently through the program workbook and complete corresponding online assignments. Modules are independent and may be completed in any order. Participants receive instructor review and feedback as appropriate.

Live Zoom & In Person
Participants attend one-hour instructor-led sessions. Each session addresses an individual module/topic, allowing participants to enroll in the program on a rolling basis without needing to begin with the first module.

Format Flexibility
Participants may select the available format that best meets their needs for each module. Live Zoom and in-person participation are subject to session availability and capacity limits.

Live Format Capacity
Zoom: Up to 10 participants per session; In Person: Up to 10 participants per session

Rolling Enrollment

Programs are offered on a rolling basis. Participants may enroll and begin with the next available scheduled module. Because modules are independent, participants do not need to begin with the first module or complete modules in a required sequence.

Completion & Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued upon successful completion of all applicable program requirements and payment in full. Requirements may vary by program format. Certificates document the program completed and instructional hours completed.

Completion documentation may be provided to an authorized court, agency, or referral source upon request or as required by the referral arrangement.

Attendance & Participation

Live Zoom & In Person:
Attendance is documented for each instructional session. Participants are expected to attend the full session and actively participate in the educational activities. Missed sessions may require completion of the missed module through a future scheduled session or another approved method.

Instructor-Guided Online:
Module completion and required assignment submissions are documented. Participants are expected to complete all required assignments and respond to instructor requests for clarification or additional work when applicable. Incomplete assignments may require revision or additional work before the module is considered complete.

Payment Policies

Payment Options:

      Pay in Full

  • Instructor-Guided Online: Participants who pay in full receive access to the full online program and may complete the independent modules at their own pace. Required assignments are submitted for instructor review. Participants may be asked to clarify or revise responses that do not demonstrate sufficient engagement with the assigned material.
  • Live Zoom & In Person: Participants who pay in full must still register for each module they wish to attend to reserve a space. No additional payment is due at module registration.

      Payment Plan

  • Participants using the payment plan make a $25 payment for each educational module. Payment is due when registering for each module, regardless of format.

Payment Responsibility
Participants are responsible for payment unless a court, agency, organization, or other third-party payor has confirmed responsibility for the participant’s program fees.

Payment Methods

  • Self-Pay: Credit or debit card payment is required at registration. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
  • Third-Party Payment: Invoice payment is available when a court, agency, organization, or other third-party payor has confirmed responsibility for the participant’s program fees. Registration or program access remains pending until the payment arrangement has been confirmed.
  • Other Payment Options: Cash and money order may be accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact program administration to discuss and arrange this payment method.

Payment Due & Outstanding Balances
Payments required under a payment plan must be received before participation in or access to the applicable module. Cash and money order payments must be received within 24 hours of registration. Unpaid registrations may be released after 24 hours. Participation or access may be paused when required payments are outstanding. A Certificate of Completion will not be issued while a program balance remains outstanding.

Insurance & Clinical Group Therapy

Court & Community Educational Programs are educational services and are self-pay unless payment is authorized by a referring court, agency, organization, or other third-party payor. Insurance, including Medicaid, is not billed for participation in these educational programs.

For individuals whose needs may be more appropriately addressed through clinical treatment, a separate group therapy pathway may be available through an affiliated practice where I provide clinical services.

An intake assessment is required to determine whether the individual meets criteria for a mental health diagnosis, whether group therapy is clinically appropriate, and whether medical necessity requirements are met. When these requirements are satisfied, Medicaid or other applicable insurance may be used through the affiliated practice, subject to eligibility, coverage, authorization, and other payer requirements.

Referral sources may use the secure referral form to request clinical services or select Provider to Determine when assistance identifying the appropriate service pathway is needed.

Clinical Services (When Appropriate)

Clinical services are separate from our Court-Ordered & Community Educational Programs and are provided when clinically appropriate. Some clinical services may be eligible for insurance billing based on coverage, medical necessity, and other applicable requirements.

  • Psychosocial Assessments — Assessment of relevant psychosocial history, current concerns, functioning, needs, and other factors to support appropriate recommendations and service planning.
  • Therapy Intake Evaluations — Initial clinical evaluations used to identify presenting concerns and determine whether therapy or other clinical services may be appropriate.
  • Individual & Family Therapy — Clinical counseling services provided when appropriate based on individual or family needs and clinical assessment.
  • Group Therapy — Structured clinical group therapy addressing concerns such as anger management, coping skills, parenting and family-related challenges, and other behavioral health needs when clinically appropriate. Group therapy is separate from Court & Community Educational Programs and requires an intake assessment to determine clinical appropriateness, diagnostic criteria, and medical necessity. When applicable, insurance or Medicaid billing may be available through an affiliated practice where I provide clinical services.

Court & Agency Referrals

Referrals are accepted from courts, attorneys, agencies, and other professionals seeking educational or clinical services for individuals and families.

Direct Enrollment

Individuals may enroll directly in our educational programs without a court or agency referral. If you have been referred or ordered to complete a program, you may also begin the enrollment process directly. After payment is completed, you will receive orientation information and instructions for registering for your program modules.
